About us
Tehran Housing Development Company
Tehran Housing Development Company (Private Joint-Stock) was registered in August 1995 (Mordad 1374) with the primary activity of mass housing production at the Tehran Registry of Companies and Non-Commercial Entities. In January 2002 (Dey 1380), it joined the Tehran Province Housing Mass Builders Association as a certified mass developer. The company’s shares are owned by Iran Housing Development Organization (a subsidiary of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation) and primarily focuses on producing residential, office, and commercial units.
