The company uses the expertise of consulting engineers and domestic specialists and follows all scientific and engineering standards to implement large-scale residential, administrative, and commercial projects. The skilled and experienced professionals in Tehran Housing Development Company undertake large-scale construction projects using advanced machinery and equipment.
The company's primary mission is to provide mass construction services, particularly in alignment with the directive of Imam Khomeini (RA) and the establishment of "Account 100 of Imam (RA)" to build housing for low-income and underprivileged segments of society. Tehran Housing Development Company
Conducting studies, analyses, and preparing plans for residential, commercial, office, cultural, sports, educational, or any other building projects—domestically or internationally—tailored to societal needs. Execution may be carried out directly or through contracting agreements, partnerships, or other arrangements with private/public entities, governmental/non-governmental organizations, or their affiliated companies.
Land Preparation.
Design and provision of all consultancy services, along with execution of construction, industrial, utility, and urban development projects—including road construction, township development, mass housing production, and all types of civil engineering projects.
Conducting transactions, executing contracts, and performing engineering/industrial studies. Includes procuring services from specialized firms, establishing domestic/international agreements, trading construction materials/machinery (sourced locally or via import/export), and investing in or partnering with listed or private companies.
Conducting research or providing financial support for research by other institutions, along with supplying other necessary facilities.
